How do I make an inquiry or place my order, and how far in advance should I place it?

Please use the ORDER tab to make a general inquiry or place an order. It is suggested to place your order 3-5 weeks in advance as the calendar books up quickly. Please note that a rush fee will be added to your total if your order is placed within 2 weeks of pickup, provided that I still have availability for that particular week. Your order will not be considered confirmed until an invoice has been sent and payment has been made in full within 48 hours.

How do I choose designs for my cookie order?

You can send me photos for inspiration to make sure we capture your request to the fullest. If you don’t have a photo, you can describe an overarching theme with color preferences, names and/or phrases, and I will conceptualize a design for you. Including personalized cookie cutters, made with my 3D printer, making (almost) nothing impossible!

Do you make anything else besides hand-crafted, custom sugar cookies?

Not at this time. Sugar cookies are my specialty!

Do your treats have nuts, gluten, or common allergens?

Wish Me A Rainbow Cookies operates in a kitchen where nuts may be present, but they are not included in any recipe. At this time gluten-free cookies are offered at a 2 dozen minimum.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

Cookies have a 1 dozen minimum. The order maximum is dependent upon the amount of orders already placed within the week you might be inquiring about. We cater to all occasions, from gift boxes, to small gatherings, to large events such as weddings or corporate parties.

How are your treats packaged?

Cookies are individually packaged in clear cellophane and heat sealed for freshness. Depending on the order size, they are placed in a window box or handled bag for carrying. You can upgrade to a ribbon enclosure or a small box for each cookie for an additional charge.​

What type of payments do you accept?

Payment options will be listed on your invoice once an order is placed.

Do you give refunds?

An order can be canceled and refunded up until 30 days prior to your planned pickup date. Refunds will not be given on any order after the order has been picked up. Cookies are made-to-order and carefully crafted/designed to meet the needs of each customer, and therefore, cannot be repurposed and sold to someone else.

How will I get my order? Do you deliver or ship?

Orders will be picked up from my home in Johnsburg, WI. Once your order is placed, your invoice will include the address and a date/time which will be agreed upon for pickup. Cookies can only be shipped in Wisconsin and shipping is covered by the customer.

Can I freeze your cookies?

Yes! My cookies freeze very well! Often times people will freeze the cookies if I am unavailable for the exact date they’d like. To freeze the cookies you will very carefully place them in a tub or ziploc (if using a ziploc I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability). If your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you’ll be needing them. DO NOT open the container or ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
