Meet the owner
Lauren has always had a love of baking. After watching the Christmas Cookie Challenge on Food Network with her daughter, her own challenge started and she was determined to learn to make beautiful cookies! After making non-stop cookies, her husband said something needed to be done as there were too many cookies in the house. From that point forward, Lauren received order requests from family, friends, and mutual friends to create themed cookies for events they were hosting. Slowly but surely, Lauren’s passion for baking turned into a business and Wish Me A Rainbow Cookies came to life. Lauren named her business after her children’s book she wrote titled “Wish Me A Rainbow” found on Amazon.
Lauren is completely self-taught and her expertise continues to grow with each order. The designs she creates at Wish Me A Rainbow Cookies are carefully crafted with attention to detail, creativity, and love, and she couldn’t be happier to share her edible works of art!
